Storybook Chronicles is a concept album that blends together many styles of music.

In conjunction with the title, Storybook Chronicles includes a series of short stories accompanying selected tracks. Some of the tracks feature a "storybook heroine/hero" and the music will reinforce the motif of each character. Each of the original fictional characters originate from a different place that is an amalgamation of a period in time from history and/or mythology, among other things. The broader narrative is the coming together of these storybook heroes in bringing about peace and saving their collective world.
